AK CHOCOGOLD is made from hydrogenated lauric fat. AK CHOCOGOLD has white colour with bland odor and flavor. AK CHOCOGOLD can be used for dairy fat substitute in cheese analogues and creamer. Also it can be used for filings for centere of biscuits, creaming, chocolate coating, confectionery, bakery and etc.
